AIL LET 2022: The Army Institute of Law has opened correction window for AIL LET 2022 applications from May 27 onwards. Candidates can edit their forms including test centre preferences before May 30. Candidates could apply for the law entrance test before May 17 with application fee INR 3,000, and before May 23 with INR 4000 as late fee charges. The law entrance exam for BA LLB admissions at the Army Institute of Law, Mohali will be held in a Computer-Based Test on June 25, 2022. What is AIL LET?AIL LET is the Law Entrance Test (LET) conducted by Army Institute of Law (AIL) for admissions to BA LLB course. The entrance test consists of a paper with 4 sections for a duration of two hours. The paper has objective type questions of a standard expected of 10+2 students. The questions in the exam are asked from Mental Ability, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Law Aptitude and General English. The total maks in the paper is 200 and each question carries 1 marks. No negative marking is done in case of wrong attempts. This is an institute level exam conducted in about 50 test centres across India. Through AIL LET, as many as 100 BA LLB seats are offeredincluding 75 for wards of Army Personnel,20 for Punjab Resident Civil Category, and 05 seats are available for all India category candidates.

Candidates seeking admission to BA LLB course at the law institute should fulfil the eligibility criteria as under:
- Candidates passed or appearing in Class 12th or equivalent examination from Punjab School Education Board or any other state or national board of education in India.
- They must have secured at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- Candidates who have completed their qualifying exam from open university are not eligible for admission to the law course.
- Candidates who are clearing Class 12th compartment papers are not eligible for admission at AIL.

The admission process at AIL on the basis of the law entrance test is as under:
AIL LET 2022 Exam Centres GuidelinesThe exam will be conducted in the Computer-Based Test mode at around 50 test cities this year. AIL has increased the number of test centres for AIL LET 2022 from 36 to 50. Candidates appearing for the law entrance test must be careful of a few things as under:
- Reach the allotted exam centre at least an hour before the exam timings
- Carry AIL LET admit card along with a valid photo ID proof - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, etc.
- Do not carry any prohibited items like mobile phones, earphones, watches, books, notes etc.
- Follow the instructions of the exam invigilator before, during and after the examination
